Best high speed internet without credit card and telephone line in California?
I dont trust in credit cards anymore and i dont have telephone in my house because nobody called me except from those annoying sellers and i had inernet with that company at& t , but know is too expensive without a phone line 40 bucks all the taxes hey can think of and now i just have mi cell phone i have it with at& t .But my job is requires me to have internet, and i download a lot of stuff, and im a Hulu guy , so i need high speed, and everywhere is too expensive, but dont want to go back with at& t.I live in Turlock, CA, no big city, so theres not a lot of options, please help me

How do I dispute 411 calls with Charter telephone?
I had my phone disconnected w them 6 2 09, rec'd a bill 6 7 09 which indicates service is from 6 1 6 18 09 but includes 10 411 calls. There were no 411 calls made during this time as my phone wasn't used 6 1, & turned off 6 2. They claim they can't verify this although a prior cust. svc. person told me differently,b ut we were cut off & of course when you call back you get someone altogether different. Is there really anyway they can see when 411 calls where made? and they tell me also that the calls might have been made prior to 6 1 09 & it could take 24 hours to post????
Sky Broadband and telephone dies between 3pm and 10pm every night for the last week....?
And although we have had engineers out 5 times they say our line is 100% and that it is down to Skys equipment in the exchange BT openreach dont seem to be able to do anything and Sky Customer Service, well dont get me started. Has anyone else had this? Its wierd it only goes out at these times. We have had a new master socket put on and replaced all our filters and cables. I know its not internal HELP my other half is going mad as can not play COD online lol
